BDSM 104 - It's often good to take a look at where our community got its start. Much of it is owed to the factions of leather folk that started the community that we know today. There are, technically, differences between kink, sadomasochism, as well as dominance and submission. While we combine it all into the anacronym "BDSM" for convenience, what does it really all mean? Why do some people insist that BDSM is or isn't sexual in nature? And how does this play into pansexuality? Master Cat Artemis will deliver a talk on the history of leather, its origins in BDSM and Kink, as well as several traditions, customs, and courtesies associated with leather. He will also discuss the gay hanky code, sometimes used by the pansexual community as well.
Open Play will be allowed after, not during class. Towels are now bring your own or pay $1 at the bar.
This event is open to all genders, sexual orientations, and lifestyles. Come make new friends and meetup with old ones in our open play space. Enjoy a great scene using one of our varied pieces of equipment, or play in one of our themed rooms.
