This class will help to understand the biological reasoning for jealousy. We will discuss the difference between jealousy and envy, and coping mechanisms to deal with jealousy. We will explore when jealousy can be helpful and why. We will explore different jealousy inducing situations to discuss working through them.

About us

The owners of Munches have been in the local scene for over a year. Each of us currently runs a group or has assisted in running other groups previously. We have a wide variety of knowledge in multiple aspects of the lifestyle.
